Inside, the main floor includes a living area with a sofa, a recently renovated kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower. The sleeping area has a double bedroom and a mezzanine with one single bed and two single beds, ideal for families or small groups. Air conditioning (12,000 BTU) ensures comfort even on hot days, and all windows have mosquito nets. Private parking is under evaluation.

• Check-in at our offices from 16:00 to 19:30; arriving on time ensures a smooth start to your holiday. Check-out by 09:00. Late arrivals after 20:00 incur a €50 fee.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Security deposit €150, refunded within 7 days if paid by card, or within 3 days for cash/bank transfer.
• Bed and bath linen available on request (€40 double set, €20 single set), to be booked within 7 days of arrival.
